Public debate on Draft Bill on Capital City

On December 24th, 2003 in Tuzi, the Ministry of Justice, in cooperation with the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe, organised a public debate on the Draft Bill on Capital City.

During the debate, a number of attendees requested that the Draft Bill be translated to Albanian and that the debate be held in Albanian as well.

Even though an interpreter service was available, it was decided to postpone the debate until the Draft Bill is translated to Albanian.
